3. Orders and Stock

  • Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and refund the full amount.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in BDT.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery only.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent upon receipt of the items.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes).

6. Returns and Refunds

  • You may return items within 7 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned (unless defective).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged/incorrect upon arrival.
